After Monterosso Al Mare we headed west along the Mediterranean coast to Villefranche Sur Mer, a small bay between Nice and Monaco.

The weather was 90+ so we went South to the beach. It took 9 hours on the trains from Rapperswil > Zurich > Milano > Genova > La Spezia > Monterosso Al Mare… but it was well worth it. Here are some photos of Monterosso and our hike to the neighboring town of Vernazza. Enjoy.
